C & A fashion stores
New buildings and integration planning | 1950 - present
The firm as contracting architect built about 170 new buildings to accommodate C&A stores in the Federal Republic of Germany on behalf of the C&A group up to the 1990s. During this time, all planning with regard to architecture and house technology from service phases 1 to 9, with a strong focus on costs, was carried out by the architects as general engineers. After the reunification of Germany, a total of 35 new stores were planned and built for C&A in the new federal states between 1990 and 1995. The focus has been on the integration planning of C&A branch offices in shopping centres for ECE, MFI and others since 1995.
